Our Mining team provides a full range of legal services to our clients in the metals and mining sector. The core of our mining practice is assisting companies, sponsors, nominated advisers and brokers on flotations and secondary fundraisings on the London Stock Exchange's Main and AIM markets, on PLUS markets and on overseas stock exchanges, such as the ASX and TSX.
