We have unrivalled experience, with particular experience in the food and drink, fashion and luxury brand sectors. We also have in-depth experience in the energy and pharma fields.

We pro-actively work with our clients to avoid becoming involved in a dispute but, where disputes arise, our goal is to reach a swift commercial resolution ensuring all intellectual assets maintain their value and competitive edge. We have extensive litigation experience and have successfully used mediation and arbitration to achieve creative commercially driven solutions in complex disputes.
