Commercial Contracts

We advise on and prepare all forms of commercial contract, including contracts for manufacture, sales and marketing, agency and distribution, the supply of products and/or services, and terms and conditions of business.

Working closely with our corporate team, we assist with technology heavy share and asset disposals and acquisitions, advising on IP critical aspects of the sale and purchase documentation and preparing related agreements where required, such as assignments, licences and consultancy agreements.
