We have a dedicated team of Scottish and English-qualified pensions lawyers who operate throughout the UK. The pensions team advises on all aspects of pensions law, including changes to benefit structure (cessation of future accrual, changes to contribution levels, etc.), entry to the Pension Protection Fund, winding up of occupational pension schemes, mergers of schemes, advising on and applying for Clearance from the Pensions Regulator, and the pension aspects of corporate transactions. We offer a full drafting service as well as bespoke trustee training for trustees with all levels of experience.

The team is at the cutting edge of new developments and acted for two of the first three schemes to be accepted into the Pension Protection Fund. We regularly have articles published in the pension journals as well as being quoted in the press. We issue Pensions email updates and members of the team frequently speak at pensions events.
